Completed chemical dosing system is an injection system which combines various equipment to dose chemical fluid into specified point, can achieve chemical dosing and control automatically. A completed chemical dosing system consists of solution tank, agitators, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, regulating valve, tank safety valve, shut-off valve, strainer, calibration column, pulsation dampener, back pressure valve, no-return valve, flowmeter, safety valve, pressure transmitter, pipeline, local panel with PLC control, frequency inverter, automatic actuator etc.

HYBRIDOS Solution Preparation System and Mixer

The system can prepare the specified concentration solution with various solid particles and powder ( such as PAM、PAC,etc.) by batch,dilution and mixed aumotacially. The prepared solution is dosed into the process. Advantages: Small size ,simple operation and easy installation.
