HYBRIDOSE CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEM
Completed chemical dosing system is an injection system which combines various equipment to dose chemical fluid into specified point, can achieve chemical dosing and control automatically. Sunreland can equip devices and manufacture system according to customer’s process and control requirement, meanwhile to provide field installation and commissioning accordingly.
A completed chemical dosing system consists of solution tank, agitators, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, regulating valve, tank safety valve, shut-off valve, strainer, calibration column, pulsation dampener, back pressure valve, no-return valve, flowmeter, safety valve, pressure transmitter, pipeline, local panel with PLC control, frequency inverter, automatic actuator etc.

Design and manufacture the solution tank according to requirement of process
Design and select the electrical device according to various requirement, such as explosion proof, insulation, inclusion etc.
Design and equip the instrument and control device to achieve the open-loop or closed-loop control based on the customer’s request
Select the wetted material and pipeline to match the requirement of anti-corrosion and other specified request, such as high temperature, high pressure etc.
Provide hydrostatic test, material inspection, nondestructive test (NDT) and welding procedure review
Provide the special painting and protection according the location, climate, environment etc.
Provide the pipeline arrangement design, pipe sixe calculation, eliminate the impact of pulsation and vibration to pipeline
Provide flowing analysis based on the fluid characteristic, density, viscosity, particles and crystallization etc.
